Cancellation Call:
In the event of a reservation cancellation for an activity, the family shall contact the activity leader 2 days prior to the activity, except in the case of an emergency.
This will help to ensure availability of space for other families who may want to participate and/or provide the host facility appropriate planning and an accurate count for attendance.
