Nevada Home Educators Alliance is a statewide advocacy home school group.
A coalition and committee of homeschooling families promoting, preserving and protecting homeschooling.
The Purpose shall be to further the interests of the education of children as directed by their parents by all lawful means, including, but not limited to support of and assistance to members of the support group who are directing and educating their own children, dissemination of legislative and other information pertaining to home schooling issues and lobbying and public relations with state and federal officials, both elected and appointed.
It is a homeschool concerns group.
If you are a homeschooling parent and desire to help make changes that last, protect homeschooling and care about your rights, you're strongly encouraged to join!

Guidelines: WE BELIEVE LOVE MEANS CONSIDERING OTHERS
This restricted and moderated private group is not for debates, offense, slander or personal attacks of anyone in any shape or form nor is it for conflicts of interests. Fictitious rumors or rumors with the intent to hurt another are prohibited. All discussion must be respectful, helpful, accurate and in good faith and pertaining to homeschooling. Should anyone abuse these guidelines and/or violates this description will be considered for immediate removal.
HEOF Bylaws:
Article VII: Committees and Coordinators
Section 1. Governing of Committees
All Committees, Coordinators, and Leaders shall be established and overseen upon action of the BoD. Committees, Coordinators and Leaders shall report on matters assigned at the time appointment or action as requested of the BoD. BoD may also revoke Committees, Coordinators and Leaders with justification.
Section 2. Meeting and Minutes
All Committees, Coordinators and Leaders meeting agendas shall be submitted to the BoD in a timely manner before a scheduled meeting. Minutes from meetings of Committees, Coordinators, and Leaders shall be submitted to the Secretary within two weeks after such meeting via mail, email, or phone to inform BoD.
