HEOF Member and Non Member Hold Harmless Agreement Form:   

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any or all field activities, programs, clubs, conferences, classes members and non-members families agree to indemnify, defend and hold free and harmless HEOF whose principle place of business is the state of Nevada, including each of its members, committee members, agents, servants, employees, officers and directors, field trip leaders, activities hosts, teachers , coaches, class leaders, speakers, exhibitors, facility bring used, including their board members and members and their appropriate companies, from and against any and all actions, claims, liabilities, assertions of liability, losses, cost, and expense, including, but not limited to, attorney fees, reasonable investigative and discovery costs and court cost, which in any manner may arise or alleged to have arisen or resulted , or alleged to have resulted, from the participation in any field trip, event or activity, including but not limited to, any claim or claims for bodily injury or death or mental disorders. This Agreement is intended to cover all acts or omissions of HEOF, which may be asserted as the proximate cause of any bodily injury or death or mental disorders. Board of Directors, Volunteers, Officers, Leadership Team members or members shall not be personally liable for the debts, liabilities or other obligations of the organizations, members and such. In addition to this agreement, participating parents agree and understand that they will take full responsibility for their own children, to oversee them, and in any event his/her own child has caused destruction to the property being used hosted by or for HEOF through field/activities/events/programs/club/conferences you agree to take full responsibility to pay in full for any or all damages cause by your child or children. Parents shall sign that they have read, agreed to abide, and  understood the agreement set forth above.
